For five weeks coinciding with the Open, the Nutrition Challenge focuses on YOUR personal goals, learning about what makes you feel your best, and exploring healthy food in a fun way. It’s all about you!
You do not need to be registered for the ATR Open to register for the Nutrition Challenge. The cost of the nutrition challenge is $50. If you want to do both: register here and then email me. If you only want to register for the Nutrition Challenge, email me to get started.
You will receive a customized nutrition plan with personal calories and macros as well as recommended foods and other information to support your success. Starting on 2/12 and running through 3/17, I will be launching weekly food challenges related to cooking and eating a certain food or food group. Score points by sharing recipes and taking pictures of your creations through our private Slack channel (we will not be using social media). You can be creative or simple as you want, serious cooking skills are NOT required! I’ll be providing simple recipe ideas, and there will also be some fun ways to earn bonus points.
Top score earns a free month membership at ATR!
These points are not related to the open workout points, this challenge is a separate event. Any food allergies or dietary restrictions can be accommodated.
ALL participants will also receive my classic ATR “Iron” patch.
