Renewable in 8 week increments, The Custom Nutrition Plan + Tracking program provides a personalized goal-based nutrition plan (for fat loss, performance, or muscle building), with feedback and accountability to ensure you’re on the right path. Your plan plan includes nutrition principles, recommended calories, macronutrients, foods, and suggested meal timing based on your goals and schedule. You will also receive a tracking file to input weekly progress, and receive weekly feedback.
Custom Nutrition Plan + Tracking does not eliminate any foods, and provides flexibility in food choices. There are no “good” or “bad” foods, nor are there any foods that make you a “bad” person for eating them!
What you receive:
- Personalized goal-based nutrition plan
- Personal tracking file, shared only between us. I will review your file weekly and provide direct feedback via email
- Recipes, insights, and other tips to best support your progress.
Your plan will be developed around near term goals, but long-term sustainable healthy eating is also an important consideration. Establishing habits around simple healthy meals you enjoy is important for long-term sustainability. Our goal is that you achieve your goals and KEEP the progress you’ve earned. Access the private Facebook Group to ask questions, learn more about healthy recipes and meal planning, and share your progress with like-minded individuals.
